Add Labour to Job - Change Job

Use this option to move an employee's labour entry from one job to another.

  1. Display the Add Labour to Job screen for the labour line you want to move to another job.

Refer to "Adding Labour to an Internal Job".

  1. Select CHANGE JOB.

Micronet displays the Job Selection screen.

  1. To narrow the list of jobs displayed, complete one or more of the following fields:

Job No

If you know the number of the job you want to change the employee to, enter it.

 

Debtor

To find a job for a particular debtor, enter the debtor number.

 

Job Status

To find a job in a particular job status, enter the job status.

Micronet displays the jobs matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Double-click on the job you want to transfer the labour to, or select a job and press the Enter key.

Micronet transfers the employee's labour entry to the new job number and redisplays the Add Labour to Job screen with the new job number.
